Mary Louise Neumeyer
Mary Louise Neumeyer, 94, Hopkins, Missouri, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at Nodaway Nursing Home,  Maryville, Missouri.

Mary was born March 23, 1916, in Hopkins, the daughter of the late Galen Russell Sr. and Iva Mae Billings Russell.

Mary was a  graduate of Hopkins High School and Northwest Missouri State College, Maryville, receiving her teaching degree.

She married George Neumeyer on June 2, 1946, in Hopkins.

Mary  was a member of the Wray Memorial United Methodist Church and past member of the Order of the Eastern Star #401, both of Hopkins.

Preceding in her in death were: her parents; brothers: Charles, Robert, Franklin, Clifford, Galen Jr., George, and Paul Amon Russell; sisters: Margaret Williams, Sara Fine, and Maxine Carmichael; nephews Maurice and Steve Fine, and Russell Carmichael; great-nephew Aaron Fine; and great-niece Tabitha Ford.

Survivors include: husband George Neumeyer, of the home; daughter Linda (Jesse) Everhart, Hopkins; brother John (Ruth) Russell, Hamilton, Missouri; sister Zattia (Murrin) Lewis, Hopkins; sisters-in-law: Edra Maye Neumeyer, Bedford, and Eunice Neumeyer, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; brother-in-law Howard Neumeyer, Council, Idaho; three grandchildren: Jenna (Chad) Hudson, Hendersonville, Tennessee, Joseph (Melissa Signaigo) Everhart, Springfield, Missouri, Jill (Beau) Downey, Wildwood, Missouri; four great-grandchildren: Annie, Shelby and Georgia Hudson and Oscar Downey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. March 4, Wray United Methodist Church, Hopkins.  Funeral services:  11 a.m. Saturday, March 5, Wray United Methodist Church. Burial: Hopkins Cemetery, Hopkins.
