Claims Review and Approval, Indigent Matters and Junior College Tuition Forms will be discussed and approved and Resolutions will be adopted as time allows.

9:00 a.m.: Courthouse maintenance update.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency and Joint Powers Agreement for the Idaho Capital Crimes Defense Fund. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to complete 2017 election ballot for Catastrophic Health Care Cost Program Board members for District 1. Discussion regarding commenting on the Camp Robin Restoration Project; possible motion to comment.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Boundary County Emergency Manager Mike Meier – Update on various emergency management matters and upcoming winter.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Community Hospital CEO/CFO Craig Johnson and Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Elden Koon – Update on hospital matters.
11:30 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Motion to sign the Ready Children Pedestrian Safety and Ready Local Strategic Initiatives Application Grant Applications. Motion to sign Annual Road and Street Financial Report.
11:45 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection. Indigent 2014-26.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:20 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
9:30 a.m.: Economic Development Director (EDC) Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects. Possible motion to sign Farnsworth lease agreement for hiking and bike path. Selkirk Pend Oreille Transit (SPOT) Board to join meeting to discuss SPOT program related matters and funding.
10:00 a.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning and zoning application #18-027, a lot line adjustment requested by W. Winkelseth.
10:30 a.m.: Continued public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning application #18-011, a short plat subdivision filed by R. Unruh.
1:30 p.m.: until 2:30 p.m. Indigent 2017-22 Hearing – closed session
2:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Dave Lux and John Ailport with Inland Forest Management – Updates on program grant management.
3:30 p.m.: Kyle Meschko with Keller Associates Engineering firm – Introductions and background provided on his company.
