Northwest Academy in Bonners Ferry has openings
for night staff counselors for its female
dormitories, and they are offering a $500 sign
on bonus for successful applicants!
They are hiring both part time and full time
positions and benefits are offered after the
first 30 days of employment. Hours are 9:30 p.m.
to 7:30 a.m. and the salary range to start for
this position is $11 to $13 an hour, depending
on experience.
Job responsibilities include supervision of
students in a dormitory setting during sleeping
hours as well as to supervise some evening
activities and movement of students. Night staff
must stay awake and alert for entire shift. The
candidate must have a high school diploma or
equivalent and must be 21 years of age per Idaho
licensing requirements.
