Derrek Michael Waterman, born 1985, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance April 23, 2016, by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, found guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, one year in prison, indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, $300 fine and $885.50 costs.

Dwight A. Brewer, born 1973, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, July 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison determinate, three years indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, and $585.50 costs. Charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to  three years in prison determinate, three years indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, and $285.50 costs.

Kip J. Millang, born 1963, charged with no appropriate fish and game tag October 10, $300 bond forfeited.

Aaron S. Hubbard, born 2001, charged October 22 with wasteful destruction of wildlife, pled guilty, $75 restitution, judgment withheld.

Ryan S. Cowell, born 1980, charged with driving without privileges, second offense, December 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, credit for three days served, $817.50 fine $182.50 costs and two years probation.
