Judge Justin Julian

Patrick James Weaselhead, born 1990, charged with DUI, second offense, April 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 40 days in jail, 23 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine and $202.50 costs. Charged with driving without privileges, found guilty and sentenced to 23 days in jail, $27.50 fine and$172.50 costs.

Thomas M. Joers, born 1959, charged with false logbook June 13 by the Idaho State Police, amended to general logbook violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $160.50 costs.

Ryan A. Graham, born 1977, charged with petit theft July 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $8.89 restitution, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11, months, 29 days probation.

Lila Renee Fisher, born 1996, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 16 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, $100 restitution, $292.50 fine and $207.50 costs.

Essa Ashour, born 1983, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

Joel H. Smith II, born 1940, charged with exceeding allowable gross load September 12 at the port of entry, found guilty and fined $161 and $157.50 costs.

Allan S. Glen, born 1958, charged with exceeding allowable gross load September 26 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $952 and $160.50 costs.

Carl J. Vinton, born 1984, charged with road closure violation by Idaho Fish & Game October 15, pled guilty and fined $26 and $165 costs.

Amy R. Heifner, born1982, charged with driving without privileges October 21 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $117.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days probation.

Wai Hang R. Lueng, born 1969, charged with logbook violation October 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $157.50 costs.

Beau J. Wegner, born 1991, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, second offense, October 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $32.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days probation.
