Zackary C. Basil, born 1993, charged with DUI, second offense, March 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 50 days in jail, 40 days suspended, and a 365 day drivers license suspension.

Allen James Funkhouser, born 1991, charged with battery June 15 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 140 days suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and one year probation.

Denise A. Koberstein, born 1974, charged with DUI July 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, eight hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of one day, 90 day drivers license suspension, $287.50 fine, $212.50 costs  and one year probation.

Raymond D. Edwards III, born 1998, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance August 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 46 days suspended, $42.50 fine, $207.50 costs and one year probation.

Nicholas W. Mattison, born 1976, charged with driving without privileges August 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $317.50 fine, $182.50 costs and one year probation.

Florence G. Barto, born 1948, charged with possession of paraphernalia August 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and one year probation.

Molly A. Cossairt, born 1993, charged with inattentive driving August 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and one year probation.

Patrick T. Vinton, born 1992, charged with DUI September 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, 48 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of six days in jail, $787.50 fine, $500 suspended, $239.50 fine, 90 day drivers license suspension and one year probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 50 days in jail, 46 days suspended, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costs and one year probation.

Brandyn W.R. Simmons, born 1996, charged with battery September 8 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, $332.50 fine, $167.50 costs and one year probation. Charged with petit theft, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and one year probation.
