Judge Barbara Buchanan

David F. Capilo, born 1967, charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon July 23, 2016, by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, and $545.50 costs.

Stacy L. Ingraham, born 1973, charged September 1, 2014, with accessory to a felony, withholding knowledge of a felony, found guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, one year indeterminate, 90 days in jail, $500 fine,  $325.50 costs and two years probation. Charged with destruction of evidence, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, 90 days in jail and two years probation.

Alisha G. Sims, born 1987, charged with burglary July 14 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, credit for 67 days served, jurisdiction retained, and $545.50 costs.

Judge Justin Julian

Gregory Allen DeBoer, born 1958, charged with DUI June 24 by the Idaho State Police, amended to reckless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 25 days suspended, credited for five days served, $322.50 fine, $167.50 costs and one year probation.

McKenzie  B. Arthur, born 1981, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

11:24 a.m.: A trespasser was reported at an Oak Street residence.
3:40 p.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at Sunrise Road resulted in an arrest for driving without privileges.
