Brandon James Ramsey, born 1985, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver May 4, 2016, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to four years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, credit for 303 days served, four years probation and $685.50 costs.

Riley D. Wall, born 1996, charged with DUI, second offense, March 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, third or subsequent, a felony, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

Erwin Earl Poulson, born 1940, charged with DUI June 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28b days suspended, eight hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of one day in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $287.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 11 months 29 days probation. Charged with possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days probation.

Joseph R. Welch, born 1992, charged with DUI, second offense, August 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $537.50 fine, $237.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days suspended.

Daryl A. Garis, born 1961, charged with invalid drivers license September 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days probation.
