Kyler D. Rice, born 1996, charged with DUI June 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days probation. Charged with open container, amended to possession of alcohol by a minor, pled guilty and fined $300b and $187.50 costs.

Michael R. Pruitt, born 1963, charged with DUI June 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $287.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 11 months, 29 days in jail.

Anthony H. Evans, born 1969, charged with invalid license June 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $157.50 costs.

Brandyn W.R. Simmons, born 1996, charged with DUI July 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

Lisa L. Pirkkala, born 1963, charged with hunting without a license July 28 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $1 and $157 costs.

Troy A. Borecky, born 1998, charged with two counts misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance August 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Michael A. Cromwell, born 1998, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to seven days in jail. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to seven days in jail.

Quinn D. Mooney, born 2000, charged with misdemeanor assault June 5 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, found to be true and sentenced to six days detention and $70 costs.

12:27 p.m.: Theft was reported at Napa Auto Parts.
3:28 p.m.: An ambulance was requested on Bethlehem Road.
4:36 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at a Monroe Street residence.
6:47 p.m.: Harassment was reported at a Comanche Court residence.
7:24 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near mile 68.
8:08 p.m.: A traffic stop at 6413 Main Street resulted in an arrest for possession of paraphernalia.

1:55 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity at 6686 Augusta Street resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.

11:58 a.m.: An ambulance was requested on Highway 2 at the Montana State line.

3:04 p.m.: A traffic stop on Highway 95 at Harrison Street resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.
