possession of a controlled substance April 25,
pled guilty and sentenced to two years in
prison, determinate, three years indeterminate,
jurisdiction retained, and $285.50 costs.
Charged April 25 with unlawful possession of
contraband in a correctional facility, a
misdemeanor, pled guilty and charged $157.50
costs.
Richard H. O'Neil, born 1981, charged with
felony possession of a controlled substance
April 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department,
pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison,
determinate, two years indeterminate, sentence
commuted, $300 fine, $765.50 costs and two years
probation.

Gene L. Good, born 1979, charged at the port of
entry June 14 with operating a vehicle without a
trip permit, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and
$157.50 costs.
