Matthew David Maclin, born 1990, charged October 9, 2016, by the Bonners Police Department with DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, one year drivers license suspension, three years probation, sentence commuted, two days in jail, determinate, three days, indeterminate, credit for 11 days served, $500 fine and $590.50 costs. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail, credited with 11 days served, $172.50 court costs.

Casey L. Brown, born 1999, charged May 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $92.50 fine, $209.50 costs and 364 days probation.

James R. Spain, born 1960, charged May 15 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office with trespass, plead guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $150 fine, suspended, and $150 costs.

Alexander C. Koberstein, born 1996, charged April 11 by Idaho Fish and Game with trapping during closed season, pled guilty and fined $100.
