Libby Dam meeting set for Bonners Ferry |

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will hold their
annual Libby Dam operations public information
meeting in Bonners Ferry on Thursday, May 18.
Representatives from the Corps, National Weather
Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will
be on hand to discuss water supply forecasts,
Libby Dam operations and Kootenai River white
sturgeon recovery.
Members of the public, elected officials and
stakeholders with an interest in Libby Dam and
the Kootenai River are encouraged to attend and
learn more about dam operations.
The meeting will take place from 7 p.m. until 9
p.m. at the Kootenai River Inn. |
