Judge Justin Julian

Bambi L. Wall, born 1981, charged with driving without privileges September 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jai, $317.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Adam H. Hall, born 1988, charged with hunting with wrong type license December 23, 2016, by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $100, $282 restitution and $165 costs.

Jacob A, McKeever, born 1988, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana October 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 33 days suspended, credit for 27 days served, $92.50 fine, $307.50 costs and 364 days probation. Michael Jason Bean, born 1994, charged with driving without privileges October 26 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $317.50 fine, $182.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Ronald J. Wood, born 1956, charged with disturbing the peace October 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, credited with two days served, $132.50 fine, $167.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Oliver F. Stone Jr., born 1957, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance December 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Johnny V. Gatens, born 1994, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff's inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $92.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Dale M. Kathrein, born 1961, charged with DUI December 9 by the Idaho Sate Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
