On February 3, the Palmer Police Department took a report involving drug activity at a local business.
On February 4, 2014, Palmer Police arrested Katherine L. Perryman, 22, Wasilla, on a $500 warrant for failure to appear arraignment, original charge of no motor vehicle liability insurance.
On February 4 Palmer Police arrested Alva L. Baker, 36, Palmer, on a $20,000 cash warrant for failure to comply with probation on an original charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
On February 4, Palmer Police arrested Jerry P. Hughes, 53, Palmer, on a $20,000 warrant for sexual abuse of a minor in the third degree and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree.
On February 4, Sharla Kaye Barnes, 65, Palmer, reported her vehicle stolen.
On February 4, the Palmer Police Department was notified of an animal bite incident involving an 11 year of female of Palmer.
On February 5, Tara Pollock, 31, Palmer reported her vehicle stolen. The vehicle was recovered a short time later and charges are pending. The case is under investigation.
On February 5, Jennifer Mistler, 39, of Wasilla, reported items stolen from her vehicle.
On February 7, Palmer Police received a report of a vehicle that had been damaged when the wind blew construction materials off of a roof onto the vehicle. The damage to the vehicle is estimated at over $5000.
On February 6, 2014, Palmer Police arrested FORREST FRENCH, age 19 of Palmer, on a $5000 cash/corporate warrant for Burglary 1st.
On February 6, 2014, Palmer Police arrested CRYSTAL WAUGH, age 24 of Palmer, for driving without a valid license. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where she was released on her own recognizance.
On February 7, Rebecca A. Hicks, 33, Palmer, reported damage to her vehicle that occurred in Palmer.
On February 7, Anthonie Kenneth Martini, 29, Palmer, reported his vehicle had been struck while parked at a local business and the other unknown vehicle had left the scene.
On February 7, Lucas John Strawn, 25, Wasilla, reported his vehicle had been stolen from a local apartment parking lot.
On February 7, Palmer Police received a report of an abandoned bicycle. The bike had been sitting near the trail on Cope Industrial for over a week.
On February 7, Palmer Police charged a 17 year old male with counts of felony theft and drug charges.
On February 8, Angela Briannarose Nelson, 23, Wasilla, was arrested on a no bail warrant for failure to appear at arraignment on the original charge of habitual minor consuming alcohol.
On February 8, Forrest Ray James, 72, Palmer, reported his vehicle’s rear window had been broken out while parked at a local apartment building.
On February 8, Randy L. Gordon, 33, Palmer, reported a theft of property from his residence.
On February 8, Palmer Police responded to a residence in Palmer for a disturbance between a male, age 51, and a female, age 37, both of
Palmer. Charges of Domestic Violence/Fourth degree were forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
On February 11, Steven Graham Kershner, 22, Palmer, was arrested for driving while license suspended and sixth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
On February 11, Rebecca I. Oprish, 40, Palmer, reported her vehicle was damaged while it was parked at the Palmer Fred Meyer.
On February 11, Eric M. Badger, 20, Palmer, reported his vehicle was stolen from his place of work in Palmer.
On February 12, Wende Ray Schroeder, 40, Wasilla, was arrested for a probation violation. an additional charge of tampering with evidence will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s office.
On February 12, a Palmer juvenile was arrested for third degree felony assault and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was held without bail at the Mat Su Youth Facility.
On February 13, Palmer Police responded to a crash involving two vehicles in downtown Palmer. 17 year old Shanrod M. Kennedy, Theresa K. Anderson, 53, both of Palmer were the two drivers involved. There were no injuries.
On February 14, Mary Boyd, 69, Palmer, reported someone ran over the paper box in front of her house.
On February 14, Palmer Police found damage to the undercarriage of an airplane possibly caused by high winds.
On February 14, Palmer Police arrested John L. Coleman, 53, Palmer, for DUI. He was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial and held on $5,000 bail plus a court appointed third party custodian.


On February 14, Palmer Police responded to a minor injury crash in Palmer involving two vehicles. The drivers involved were Angela M. Dorn, 43, Wasilla, and Yossef Assis, 62, Palmer. No injuries were reported.
On February 14, 49 year old Randy S. Wyatt, Palmer, reported several items were stolen from his vehicle.
On February 15, Palmer Police arrested Nicholas E. Grippin, 25, Wasilla, for DUI. He was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial and held on $1,000 bail.
On February 15, Palmer Police issued a summons to Jess Hartman, 40, Palmer, for driving without a valid license.
On February 15, Palmer Police arrested a 24 year old female from Palmer for criminal mischief in the fourth degree (domestic violence) and interfering with a report of domestic violence following a disturbance at a residence.
On February 15, Palmer Police responded to a Palmer residence for a report of a 17 year old juvenile male that assaulted his mother and father.
On February 16, a vehicle driven by Natalie L. Chisum, 24, Palmer, collided with a guardrail near mile 17 of the Old Glenn Highway.
