This little guy went missing at about 7 a.m. today on the
KGB around the fire station in the Sunset area.
Rascal is a Pomeranian, nine years old, and he has long, fluffy
red and white hair. His rear is black and bald because of
allergies, and his ribs are very sensitive. If you happen to
spot him and have the chance to pick him up, his owner,
Katherine Martinson, who's raised him since he was a tiny puppy,
said it's best to pick him up by the scruff of his neck.
It may sound cruel, she said, but that's the way he's used to.
