At about 8:33 a.m. today, Alaska State Troopers responded to
a Karen Street home in Meadow Lakes, where a snowmobile had been
reported stolen.
The orange and white 2013 Polaris Assault 800, they learned, had
been taken from a detached garage sometime overnight, and
investigators believe that whoever took it also walked across
the street and stole a pair of binoculars from an unlocked
vehicle parked in a driveway.
