The Alaska Department of Public Safety currently lists four
convicted sex offenders from the Mat-Su Borough who have failed
to comply with registration requirements demanded by the state
as a condition of their relative freedom.
If you have seen or know the whereabouts of John Anthony Thomas,
Michael Robert Reagan V, Tommy Dean Johnson or Michael Joe
Blair, your help is needed.

John Anthony Thomas is described as a native American male born
November 24, 1983. At last contact of record, he weighed 210
pounds, stood 5'11" had black hair and brown eyes. On January
27, 2012, he said he lived at S930 Lucas Way, Palmer. He is
required to register because he was convicted in Palmer of
second-degree sexual abuse of a minor December 6, 2002.
Michael R. Reagan V, who has been known to go by several name
variations, and is a Caucasian male with brown hair and blue
eyes, born August 9, 1971. He last weighed 148 pounds and was
5'8" and told authorities he lived in Big Lake. He was convicted
of third degree rape in Washington County, Oregon, July 9, 1999.
Tommy Lee Johnson, also a white male, was convicted of third
degree sexual abuse of a minor in Palmer February 18, 1998. He
last listed his home as being in Wasilla, at which time he
weighed 250 pounds, stood six foot and had grren eyes and brown
hair ... most of it on the lower end of his face. He was born
June 22, 1951.
Michael Joe Blair, known also to go by "Mickey," is also a white
male convicted in Palmer. He told authorities he lived at 4930
Clarion Street in Wasilla.
He was convicted of possession of child pornography October 7,
2011. Mr. Blair will soon celebrate his 66th birthday, having
been born December 22, 1947. He last weighed 175 pounds, stood
5'10" tall, with brown hair, mostly on his chin, and brown eyes.
