Investigators have determined that the death of 60 year-old
Theodore Konyot at his Knik River Road home in Palmer Monday was
a homicide, and they're asking anyone who may have information
to contact Alaska State Troopers.
A family member found Konyot's body in his home at mile 1.1 at
about 8 p.m. December 9, and the Alaska Bureau of Investigation
was placed in charge of the case. A marijuana grow was also
discovered in the home, involving the State Drug Enforcement
Unit in the ongoing investigation.
Anyone with information related to Konyot's death or who may
have seen or had contact with him between December 7 and
