Jennifer Brooke Belden, born 1969, charged with DUI by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office October 20, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $87.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

Reinstra Jr., born 1979, charged with driving without privileges November 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 30 day drivers license suspension, $72.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Jennifer Brooke Belden, born 1969, charged with violation of a civil protection order October 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $200 fine and one year probation.

 

Wlater G. Martin, born 1959, charged with driving without privileges December 5 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Danika Cooper, born 1997, charged with possession of tobacco by a minor December 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $337.50, $250 suspended, $162.50 court costs and six months probation.

 

Jade S.M. Hendrix, born 1993, charged with invalid license December 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Michael R. McGinnis, born 1966, charged with unlawfully taking a game animal December 29 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $40, $25 restitution and $160 court costs.

 

Adrian E. Reader, born 1996, charged with petit theft November 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, 30 day drivers license suspension, $100 court costs and 11 months, six days probation.
