Joshua D. Henderson, born 1979, charged with DUI, second offense August 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended,90 day drivers license suspension, $552.50 fine, $222.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Peter A. LaBarbera, born 1997, charged with driving without privileges September 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Elian Babowal-Reid, born 1994, charged with DUI October 2 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Renae A. Cooper, born 1978, charged with DUI September 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $542.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Richard D. Johnson, born 1956, charged with attempting to elude a peace officer in a motor vehicle December 11 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guily and sentenced to ten days in jail, suspended. Charged with invalid drivers license, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended.

 

Skyler J. Mellott, born 1998, charged with petit theft October 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 30 days detention, suspended, $18.99 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation.
