Benjamin T. Rowley, born 1988, charged with felony DUI May 12 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison determinate, three years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $1,000 fine and $810.50 court costs.

William D. Fleck, born 1971, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to six days in jail, $22.50 fine, $100 restitution and $177.50 court costs. Charged with driving without privileges, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $200 and $100 restitution.

 

Delrae Turley, born 1978, charged with willful concealment of goods August 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $13.35 restitution, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Cheyenne R. Solt, born 1993, charged with driving without privileges August 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Colton R. Hampton, born 1993, charged with misdemeanor battery September 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $437.50, $400 suspended, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jonathan L. George, born 1982, charged with pedestrian under the influence October 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to five days in jail, suspended, $37.50 fine and $162.50 court costs.

 

Joseph S. Myers, born 1976, charged with DUI November 2 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Bradley S. Booth, born 1958, charged with battery on a peace officer, a felony, November 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Roy K. Holzhauser, born 1967, charged with resisting or obstructing officers November 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to disturbing the peace, judgment withheld.

 

Randy W.Winjum, born 1959, charged with hunting without permission November 19 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and $163 court costs.

 

Todd A. Kingsley, born 1964, charged with operating without a trip permit December 1 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs.
