Gary Orr Williams III, born1984, charged with driving without privileges August 20 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180-day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Brianna S. Fields, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges September 7 by the Idaho State Police, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Brenda Ousse, born 1953, charged with vicious dog violation September 30 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to three days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Tamara M. Eliassen, born 1970, charged with excessive DUI October 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $152.50 fine, $222.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Kristina M. King, born 1978, charged with unlawful taking of a game animal October 19 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $140 and $160 court costs.

 

Brian W. ?Hummel, born 1970, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 13 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $121 and $152.50 court costs.

 

John A. Bicknell, born 1987, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 27 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $134 and $152.50 court costs.
