Candalisa J. White, born 1973, charged with petit theft October 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $37.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

Christopher J. Chaskey, born 1976, charged with false logbook October 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $155.50 court costs.

Stanley R. Pruitt, born 1963, charged with operating without a trip permit November 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs.

Jared Lynn Peachey, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross load November 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $81 and $152.50 court costs.
