Jodi Rae Weyand, born 1971, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance August 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to a misdemeanor, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Mark K. Schnorbus, born 1958, charged with felony possession of destructive devices or bombs September 29 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to possession of fireworks, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 162 days suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 costs and two years probation.

 

Trevor V. Hardwick, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor October 7 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and fined $667.50, $600 suspended, $182.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Gregory G. Ward, born 1969, charged with taking game with no appropriate tag October 11 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200, ordered to pay $75 restitution and $160 court costs.

 

Darwin W. Knutson, born 1966, charged with operating without a trip permit October 25 by he Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with logbook violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Michael A. Lange, born 1973, charged with resisting or obstructing officers October 26 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Estaban M. Torres, born 1986, charged with hunting without a license October 15 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200 and $160 court costs.
