Zachary J. Taylor, born 1980, charged with driving without privileges June 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Wade L. Jensen, born 1965, charged with DUI August 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Benjamin T. Watt, born 1993, charged with driving without privileges August 24 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.
