Lee W. Robbins Jr., born 1966, charged with driving without privileges August 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $47.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jeremy B. Lynch, born 1979, charged with domestic violence, violation of a protective order September 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disorderly conduct, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Travis Jay Marble, born 1976, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance September 21 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 48 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $197.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Stanley Evans Snyder, born 1948, charged with failure to give immediate notice of an accident September 29 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Willard D. Piehl, born 1931, charged with road closure violation October 13 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and 160 court costs.

 

Kevin A. Campbell, born 1965, charged with operating without a trip permit October 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with using a radar detector in a commercial vehicle, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with failure to maintain log, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

7:45 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 at the Hemlocks.

8:07 a.m.: A fire was reported at 436 Hall Mountain Road.

11:08 a.m.: Fraud was reported at 201 Windswept Court.

11:17 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 38 Bobcat Lane.

 

October 17

9:26 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 496.

9:54 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 71.

10:09 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 1552 Paradise Valley Road.

2:52 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 7441 Caribou Court.

6:14 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at 68105 Highway 2.

6:53 p.m.: A fire was reported on District 2 Road.

7:39 p.m.: A person was reported missing from Bonners Ferry High School.

2:16 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported at 6228 Hemlock Street.

6:33 p.m.: Fraud was reported at the Kootenai River Inn.

8:44 p.m.: A theft was reported at Super 1 Foods.

 

October 19

10:41 a.m.: Fraud was reported at 27 Walnut Street.

11:02 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 65.

12:47 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at 7183 Main Street.

3:29 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 21 Peach Street.

5:50 p.m.: A theft was reported at Safeway.

9:03 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made in the Kootenai River Inn parking lot for possession of marijuana.

9:20 p.m.: A noise complaint was made on Nez Perce Street.

 

October 20

1:09 a.m.: A noise complaint was made at 203 Bilderback Road.

1:52 a.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at Denver Street resulted in an arrest for DUI.

5:46 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 76 Colonial Lane.

7:46 p.m.: A protection order violation was reported at 5932 Main Street.

9:29 p.m.: An arrest for DUI was made at 7111 Oak Street.
