Daniel C. Sherwood, born 1959, charged with driving without privileges June 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation pled guilty and fined $15 and $137.50 court costs. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 165 days suspended, $350 fine and two years probation.

 

Dickie R. Day, born 1954, charged with DUI June 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 80 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 120 day drivers license suspension, $817.50 fine, $250 suspended, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Travis Jay Marble, born 1976, charged with driving without privileges June 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, $352.50 fine, $100 suspended, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Sarah M. Philbrook, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges August 11 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and fined $97.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Heidi J. Johnson, born 1983, charged with petit theft August 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, 40 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $187.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation.

Charged with providing false information to officers, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Nicholas S. Vandenberg, born 1989, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance October 11 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended and a $300 fine.
