Eby, born 1992, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver by the Bonners Ferry Police Department January 7, 2011, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $1,000 fine, $100 restitution and $265.50 court costs.

Eby, born 1992, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, May 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $1,234.50 fine, $150 restitution and $565.50 court costs.

 

Nathan Ray Cox, born 1990, charged with burglary June 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $274.50 fine and $375.50 court costs. Charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, amended to burglary, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, jurisdiction retained, $274.50 fine and $375.50 court costs. Charged with malicious injury to property, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, $112.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

Marissa D. Murray, born 1991, charged with possession of paraphernalia July 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jason R. Steen, born 1992, charged with felony arson of forest land July 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to malicious injury to property, a misdemeanor; pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, $347.50 fine, $1,000 restitution and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jessica Meta Smith, born 1982, charged with DUI August 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Doris Marie Weaselhead, born 1959, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance September 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $197.50 fine, $227.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Daniel C. Sherwood, born 1959, charged with driving without privileges September 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, $400 fine and two years probation.

 

Kenneth H. Hlady, born 1945, charged with petit theft September 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Lance R. Hammons, born 1974, charged with exceeding allowable gross load September 24 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $1,194 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Dalia I. Jaeger, born 1995, charged with felony burglary June 21 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended, $467.08 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation.
