Maranda M. Davis, born 1988, charged with DUI May 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to providing false information to an officer, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Travis D. Ramirez, born 1981, charged with petit theft June 30 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, $252.50 fine, $514.86 restitution, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Stanley Kolakowski, born 1953, charged with excessive DUI July 3 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 136 days suspended, $542.50 fine, $300 suspended, $257.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Cody Allen Willa, born 1989, charged with excessive DUI August 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, six months drivers license suspension, $492.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Alan W. Miller, born 1944, charged with operating without a trip permit September 2 by the Idaho Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $152.50 court costs. Charged with possession or use of alcohol, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

James Albert Edwards, born 1946, charged with log book violation September 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jerry L. Becker, born 1952, charged with suspension violation September 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Cody Allen Willa, born 1989, charged with driving without privileges September 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, six month drivers license suspension, $122.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Claude Bergevin, born 1945, charged with logbook violation September 21 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Alicia E. Thole, born 1996, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substanceFebruary 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Lila Renee Fisher, born 1996, charged with petit theft February 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jacob D. Cook, born 1997, charged with petit theft February 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to $70 court costs and one year probation.
