Zachary Patrick Hannum, born 1970, charged with drivers license violation April 16, 2010, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Matthew David Maclin, born 1990, charged with misdemeanor unlawful entry March 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with providing false information to an officer April 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Travis J. Anderson, born 1981, charged with failure to keep logbook up to date July 23 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Justin Bodnar, born 1949, charged with exceeding allowable gross load September 4 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $215 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Dustin W. Dirks, born 1990, charged with failing to obtain overweight permit September 6 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $152.50 court costs.
