Kootenay Lake board to meet here

The International Kootenay Lake Board of Control
will hold a public meeting September 26 in
Bonners Ferry.
The annual meeting will be on the regulation of
Kootenay Lake and water levels and the operation
of Corra Linn Dam under the International Joint
Commission's Orders of Approval.
The Board will hear comments from the public
regarding their concerns and suggestions on the
Board's activities.
The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday,
September 26, at the Kootenai River Inn, 7169
Plaza Street, Bonners Ferry. A similar meeting
was held last year, and will be held again next
year, in Nelson, British Columbia.
The International Kootenay Lake Board of Control
chairs are Kirk Johnstone for the Canadian
Section and Colonel Bruce Estok for the United
States Section.
