Court dispositions

Judge Steve Verby

Nickalaus W. Headrick, born 1990, charged with burglary, a felony, June 26 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, suspended, jurisdiction retained and $475 court costs. Charged with malicious injury to property, pled guilty and sentenced to 122 days in jail, 50 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $137.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Judge Justin Julian

Barry L. Larson, born 1949, charged with operating without a trip permit July 23 at the port of entry, $175 bond forfeiture.

 

Alex R. Cunningham, born 1995, charged with misdemeanor battery June 20 from the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 87 days suspended, and $20 court costs.
