Dennis D. Neuman, born 1993, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, February 2 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, $1,500 fine, $100 restitution, $1,025.50 court costs and three years probation.

Joshua David Faulk, born 1980, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance May 21, 2008, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $214.50 fine, $85.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Adetta D. Umphenour, born 1974, charged with drivers license violation May 31 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 costs and one year probation.

 

Tyler J. Morris, born 1994, charged with theft by acquiring lost property, a misdemeanor, June 28 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, $352.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Brandon J. Gates, born 1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor August 3 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license suspension, $17.50 fine and $182.50 court costs.

 

Emile Lalonde, born 1944, charged with failure to wear seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle August 12 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Samantha E. Stuurmans, born 1992, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance August 26 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $97.50 fine and $202.50 court costs.

 

Kristen S. Doubrava, born 1969, charged with hunting or fishing without a license August 26 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $40 and $160 court costs.

 

Jessica L. Hart, born 1995, charged with providing false information to an officer June 3 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 80 days suspended, $100 court costs and two years probation.
