Lots of new faces at School District 101

School superintendent Dick Conley (far left) welcomed a bunch of new faces to the district Monday, and this isn't even all of them! Some are familiar faces, some are brand new to the best community in the world! Please make welcome (l-r) Karen Moore, Aaron Hanson, Amber Weymer, Angela Hittle, Julie Vinton*, Patty Burlingame, Gloria Hanson, Luke Omodt, Adrenne Warren, Kathryn Omodt and Erin Delude.

Students going back to school Tuesday will be greeted by quite a few new faces, all new hires in Boundary County School District 101.

New this year at Bonners Ferry High School are principal Kirk Hoff and vice principal and athletic director Steven Morton, along with Erin Delude, working in the "Get Real" program, Aaron Hanson, teaching English, Gloria Hanson, teaching math, Luke Omodt, teaching social studies, and Penny Pruitt, who'll be cooking up some fine meals in the lunch room.

At Riverside High, Wayne Stringfellow will be the new special ed parapro and new faces at Bonners Ferry Midde School are special ed parapros Natasha Finnigan and Lindsay Oxford.

Kathryn Omodt, Adrienne Warren and Amber Weymer are joining the teaching staff at Valley View, Julie Vinton will greet school newcomers in the Valley View preschool, Angela Hittle will run the AmeriCorps program, Candy Behrens will be the new Title 1 parapro and Patti Burlingame is taking over as librarian. Joining the teaching staff at Mount Hall is Anna Fuller.

Dan Briggs is joining the district as warehouse manager, and from time to time students district-wide may meet Dan Studer, joining the computer tech support team, and new District 1 school nurse Karen Moore.
