Rockwell, born 1991, charged with driving without privileges March 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180-day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

Smith, born 1966, charged with driving without privileges May 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180-day drivers license suspension, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Kara R. Burnham, born 1993, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance April 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jai, 24 days suspended, $312.50 fine, $287.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Jesse T. Sumpter, born 1993, charged with driving privileges June 29 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $337.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and one year probation.

 

Patrick G. Cole, born 1956, charged with driving without privileges July 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, $322.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Stephan A. Gibson, born 1945, charged with motor carrier maintenance violation, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

David Alan McKellips, born 1967, charged with misdemeanor battery June 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $602.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

5:14 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at the Three Mile Store.
