Traffic tied up Friday by vehicle fire

A vehicle fire near Elmira shut down both lanes
of U.S. 95 Friday afternoon.
The Idaho State Police arrived on scene at 3:14
p.m., and reported that no one had been injured
but that both north- and south-bound lanes were
blocked.
The highway remained blocked until the scene was
cleared at about 5:20 p.m.
No additional details on the fire or its cause
were released. |
