Joseph H. Ruminer, born in 1991, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 18 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Luis Lorca-Merono III, born 1989, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, $312.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Dustin A. Koehler, born 1992, charged with DUI June 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI under age 21, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Michael Franklin Mock, born 1992, charged with reckless driving July 5 by the Idaho State Police, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail, $147.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Garrie L. Hurlbert, born 1943, charged with logbook violation July 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Damian M. Hurst, born 1989, charged with possession of a mutilated drivers license July 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $48.50 and $155.50 court costs.

 

Clark M. Halverson Jr., born 1979, charged with third-degree arson, a felony, July 4 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to malicious injury to property, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, 80 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $1,000 restitution, $347.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Benjamin Jacob Moran, born 1977, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance July 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Ronald D. Dobson, born 1963, charged with possession of a prescription drug not obtained by valid prescription, a misdemeanor, July 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, eight hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $100 restitution, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Daniel D. Hill, born 1994, charged with inattentive driving July 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $165.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Trevor J. Hampton, born 1992, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor July 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Mary K. Miller, born 1965, charged with DUI July 27 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $292.50 fine, $207.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Marc C. Hansen, born in 1977, charged with exceeding allowable gross load July 18 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $147.50 and $152.50 court costs.
