Terry F. Crisman, born 1952, charged with excessive DUI March 10 by the Boundary county sheriffs office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $557.50 fine, $217.50 costs and two years probation.

 

Megan A. Moore, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges May 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $437.50 fine and $162.50 court costs.

 

John A. Uhnak, born 1971, charged with drivers license violation June 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $139.50 court costs.

 

James Gregg Sund, born 1988, charged with driving without privileges July 2 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $322.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Andrew D. Small, born 1978, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance July 2 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $97.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Derrick A. Chapman, born 1983, charged with exceeding allowable gross load over 4001 pounds July 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $175 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Angela M. Hecker, born 1987, charged with willful concealment of goods July 14 by the Boundary Country Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Clen W. Rachul, born 1956, charged with failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a commercial vehicle July 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Robert C. Thompson, born 1954, charged with exceeding allowable gross load over 4001 pounds July 23 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $188 and $152.50 court costs.

 

Jurgen G. Kropius, born 1953, charged with pressure valve regulator pressure on pavement access violation July 24 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150 and $3 court costs.

 

Michael Franklin Mock, born 1992, charged with domestic violence, violation of a protection order August 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, $297.50 fine, $202.50 court costs and one year probation.

6:13 a.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 69.

1:38 p.m.: A theft was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 495.

2:12 p.m.: A theft was reported on U.S. 95 near milepost 511.

4:57 p.m.: A warrant arrest was made at 192 Hatchery Road for trespassing.

8:50 p.m.: A fire was reported at Bonners Ferry High School.

12:28 a.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at Riverside Street resulted in a warrant arrest for criminal contempt of court.

2:04 a.m.: A traffic stop on Hillside Alley and Fillmore Street resulted in an arrest for excessive DUI.
