Judge Justin Julian

 

Timothy D. Jones, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges May 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $337.50 fine and $162.50 court costs. Charged with failure to maintain liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Jessie L. Mueller, born 1958, charged with pedestrian under the influence June 18 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Neal H. Langford, born 1965, charged with outfitting and guiding without a license December 17, 2011, by Idaho Fiish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $845 fine, $155 court costs and a two year hunting license suspension.

 

Stan Lee Snyder, born 1970, charged with transporting an open container of alcohol June 25 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and ordered to pay $150 court costs.

 

Daniel E. Stone II, born 1995, charged with DUI July 10, by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Dustin R. Langford, born 1986, charged with willful concealment of goods July 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 17 suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Raul C. Bravo, born 1969, charged with violating the terms of a special trip permit, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $152.50 court costs.

5:42 a.m.: A theft reported at 188 Wisdom Quest Road resulted in an arrest for petit theft.

2:55 p.m.: A fire was reported at the Bonners Ferry High School.

66:49 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 421 Aspen Drive.

7:15 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 2 near milepost 68.

11:52 p.m.: A trespasser was reported at 6614 Monroe Street.

9:35 p.m.: A person at 561 Rigby Road reported receiving threats.

10:43 p.m.: A report of battery at 6608 Fry Street resulted in an arrest for domestic battery.

1:23 a.m.: A prowler was reported at 339 Songbird Lane.

4:07 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported at Super 1 Foods.

4:50 p.m.: A search warrant executed at Alpine Storage resulted in an arrest for unlawful possession of firearms.

4:58 p.m.: Harassment was reported at Valley View Elementary.

10:20 p.m.: A vehicle collision was reported on Highway 1 near milepost 2.

 

August 3

1:38 a.m.: An ambulance was requested at 71473 Highway 2.

5:42 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from 132 Peaceful Way.

7:34 p.m.: A traffic stop on Deep Creek Loop resulted in an arrest for minor in possession of alcohol.
