Brandon Vern Hurst, born 1982, charged with petit theft August 1, 2011 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $352.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and $231.19 restitution.

 

Lindsey P. Munson, born 1985, charged with driving without privileges February 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Phillip N. Dilley, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges May 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jaikl, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

James E. Toone, born 1955, charged with operating with an undeployed suspension axle May 8 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $150. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $322 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Cecil W. Robison, born 1943, charged with operating without a trip permit March 30 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $122.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Peter A. LaBarbera, born 1997, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90-day drivers license suspension, $182.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Rufus A. Grob, born 1961, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance June 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Samantha L. Schmitz, born 1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 10 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Jeffrey A. Kreiger, born 1995, charged with unlawful entry March 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days suspension, 85 days suspended, $20 court costs and two years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.

 

Matthew C. Henslee, born 1995, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to one year probation and $70 court costs.

 

Zachary W. Debuhr, born 1994, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance May 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to one year probation and $70 court costs.
