Raj Rakesh, born 1963, charged with operating with an un-deployed suspension axle March 20 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $200 and $3 court costs. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load in excess of 4001 pounds, pled guilty and fined $617 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Steven R. Banks, born 1963, charged with two counts of exceeding allowable gross load in excess of 4001 pounds May 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $1,405 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Hugh D. Stacey, born 1971, charged with failure to operate in compliance with regulations June 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $139.50 court costs.

 

Sisavath Vannarath, born 1980, charged with two counts of logbook rule violations June 5 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs per count.

 

Brianna A. Cook, born 1995, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor June 3 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $32.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Rajinder Sidhu, born 1960, charged with motor carrier in possession of alcohol June 12 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Michael R. Hall, born 1952, charged with failure to carry a medical card June 13 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Hussein Awlijo, born 1967, charged with false logbook June 14 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $140.50 court costs.
