Cherie E. Herzog, born 1956, charged with DUI February 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $507.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Zachary Edward Dodge, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges March 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Christopher L. Ormesher, born 1982, charged with inattentive driving May 15 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 10b days in jail, eight days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Estevan Lopez-Peres, born 1991, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $32.50 and $167.50 court costs.

 

Leslie M. McGill, born 1967, charged with failure to wear seatbelt in a commercial vehicle May 31 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Kevin T. DeKok, born 1989, charged with log book rule violation June 7 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Larry J. Herbison, born 1958,, charged with logbook rule violation June 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.
