Judge Steve Verby

Tracy Lynn Eby, born 1990, charged with burglary July 13, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended, $11 restitution, $425.50 court costs and five years probation. Charged with burglary November 8, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to petit theft, pled guilty and sentenced to 113 days in jail, 30 days suspended, $140.30 restitution, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Dale Allen Kuehn, born 1980, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance September 6, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, prison suspended and jurisdiction retained, $1,000 fine, $100 restitution and $665.50 court costs.

Teresa K. Cartwright, born 1964, charged with DUI December 2, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 days suspended, 24 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of three days, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $43.50 restitution, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Duane A. Stolzfus, born 1969, charged with battery March 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $62.50 fine, suspended, $100 restitution and one year probation.

 

Timothy R. Wanner, born 1972, charged with inattentive driving February 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to four days in jail, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of two days, $162.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Casey L. Wyatt, born 1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 5 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Jason D. Swartzenberger, born 1983, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to four days home detention, $22.50 fine, $100 restitution and $177.50 court costs.

 

Dennis D. Neuman, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 5 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $332.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Tyler Rae Ann Abbey, born 1994, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor May 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Gabrielle P. Whitt, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Troy E. Twining, born 1968, charged with wasteful destruction of wildlife May 14 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to a one year hunting license suspension, $155 fine, $200 restitution, $145 court costs and one year probation.

 

John Joseph Berosik, born 1964, charged with exceeding allowable gross loads May 21 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $188 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Wilfred A. Ecarnot, born 1946, charged with operating without gross weight increase permit May 31 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $174.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Alex K. Pinson, born 1995, charged with battery February 27 by the ?Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to $85 court costs and one year probation.

7:42 a.m.: A traffic stop on U.S. 95 at Wendel Street resulted in an arrest for possession of marijuana.

5:15 p.m.: A burglary was reported in the Safeway parking lot.9:07 p.m.: A traffic stop at Lincoln and Spalding Streets resulted in an arrest for DUI.

 

June 10

6:38 a.m.: A report of a minor consuming alcohol on Eileen Road resulted in an arrest for minor in possession of alcohol.

11:33 a.m.: A theft was reported at 155 Dew Drop Lane.

1:25 p.m.: An ambulance was requested at 7142 Cedar Street.

4:10 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 545 Timberlane Road.
