Preston S. Lethrud, born 1988, charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon May 15, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to felony aggravated assaulrt, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, penitentiary suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $525.50 court costs.

Mark W. Kitchen, born 1960, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, August 18, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, $112.50 fine and $212.50 court costs. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Terry D. Bartlett, born 1954, charged with DUI March 18 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $192.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Joel Howard Smith II, born 1940, charged with logbook violation April 28 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Trevor L. Kellog, born 1993, charged with possession of paraphernalia April 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Kara R. Burnham, born 1993, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance April 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, $312.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Leanna K. Swanson, born 1961, charged with driving without privileges May 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspension, 48 hours home detention, 90 days drivers license suspension, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Amy M. Junkert, born 1990, charged with driving without privileges May 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Nathan F. Philbrook, born 1996, charged with possession of a controlled substance February 28 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to $100 restitution, $70 court costs and one year probation.
