Judge Steve Verby

Lucous Leander Inman, born 1980, charged with burglary, a felony, July 31, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced one year in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, suspended, $500 fine, $525.50 court costs and five years probation.

 

Daniel G. Gondek, born 1991, charged with burglary, a felony, January 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, suspended, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $525.50 court costs.

Anthony Michael Mendez, born 1990, charged with DUI February 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 40 days in jail, $162.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Brandon M. Ratcliff, born 1991, charged with driving without privileges February 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to drivers license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Carol A. Dodge, born 1954, charged with misdemeanor battery March 30 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and fined $200. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $22.50 fine, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

John A. Spease, born 1993, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor April 14 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 890-day drivers license suspension, $822.50 fine, $800 suspended, $177.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Donald G. Magee, born 1994, charged with misdemeanor battery May 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 20 days in jail, $162.50 fine and $137.50 court costs.

 

Bradley Brown, born 1997, charged with petit theft February 20 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to one year probation and $70 court costs.
