Marriages

James Edward Strother, 60, Moyie Springs, and Susan Mangstat Strother, 51, Morong, Phillipines, married April 13 by Minister Darrell Young in Moyie Springs.

 

Court Dispositions

Tyler D. Verzier, born 1992, charged with DUI February 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

William B. Markgraff, born 1982, charged with driving without privileges February 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $137.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Mandeep S. Cheema, born 1986, charged with commercial driver in possession of or using alcohol March 27 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Jesus Lopez Jr., born 1972, charged with DUI April 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $307.50 fine, $217.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with placing debris on public or private property, pled guilty and fined $200.

 

Tyler J. Morris, born 1994, charged with grand theft November 8, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, 88 days suspended, $70 court costs and one year probation.

 

Peter A. LaBarbera, born 1997, charged with grand theft September 29, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 171 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.

 

Dominic J. Tobin, born 1996, charged with two counts of grand theft October 29, 2011 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, found guilty and sentenced to 180 days detention, 171 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation on each county. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, found guilty and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended, and two years probation on each count.

 

Trevor S. Koehn, born 1994, charged with burglary January 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention and $70 court costs. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention.

Morris, born 1994, charged with burglary January 24 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 135 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, $135 days suspended and two years probation.
