Marriages

Adam Kristofer Holmes, 43, and Stacey Dawn Stephens, 44, both of Cave Creek, Arizona, married by Minister Randall Eddy in Hope, Idaho, March 23.

 

Court dispositions

Gary C. Morley, born 1966, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $812.50 fine, $700 suspended, $237.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Troy E. Twining, born 1968, charged with DUI February 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Christopher L. Mendenhall, born 1993, charged with drivers license violation March 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 32 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Martines Van Drieston, born 1959, charged with exceeding allowable gross load March 1 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $510 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Jacob Billy Mutter, born 1993, charged with driving without privileges March 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $237.50 fine, $162.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

John David Aspitarte, born 1984, charged with driving without privileges March 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 180 day drivers license suspension, $347.50 fine and $152.50 court costs.

 

Melvin R. Rowan, born 1947, charged with operating with un-deployed suspension axle March 22 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $200. Charged with exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty and fined $41 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Chase W. Brown, born 1997, charged with grand theft October 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to six days detention, $100 court costs and two years probation.

 

Bryson E. Hart, born 1997, charged with grand theft October 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 171 days suspended, $130 court costs and two years probation. Charged with malicious injury to property, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, suspended, and two years probation.
