Stephen W. Steinpreis, born 1992, charged with invalid drivers license October 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours jail diversion program in lieu of jail, $152.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and two years probation.

Levi J. Spain, born 1984, charged with DUI November 25 by the Idaho State Police, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $52.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

Shawn P. Thissell, born 1972, charged with DUI November 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty, judgment withheld.
