Jamie Corwin Thengs, born 1977, charged with operating with undeployed suspension axle November 7, 2007 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $118.50 and $78.50 court costs. Charged with three counts of exceeding allowable gross load, pled guilty, fined $476 and $75.50 court costs.

 

David L. MacIntosh, born 1967, charged with felony possession of stolen property February 3, 2010, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, found guilty and sentenced to four years in prison, determinate, eight years indeterminate and $1,125.50.

 

Daniel J. Birsette, born 1990, charged with DUI, second offense March 5, 2011, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 360 days in jail, 320 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $772.50 fine, $194.50 court costs and two years probationi.

 

Veronica L. Goff, born 1982, charged with lewd and lascivious acts on a minor child 16-17 years of age October 2, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate and five years probation.

 

Matthew M. Summerfield, born 1980, charged with felony DUI September 11, 2011, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to two to four years in prison, suspended, 90 days in jail, one year drivers license suspension, $2,000 fine, $270.50 court costs and five years probation.

 

Jeffery M. Bennett, born 1963, charged with felony DUI October 21 by the Idaho State Police, amended to misdemeanor DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 57 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $1,000 fine, $182.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

Ashton C. Hauck, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Shan G. Jefferson, born 1993, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriffs inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Vince V. Hampton, born 1995, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor January 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $32.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

Marcus J. Maupin, born 1996, charged with possession of tobacco by a minor February 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $62.50 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Shannon L. Watkins, born 1987, charged with DUI February 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

William A. Ekholt, born 1951, charged with operating without trip permits February 23 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $224.50 and $140.50 court costs.

 

Leslie Dale Love III, born 1994, charged with felony possession of stolen property November 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, admitted true and sentenced to 180 days detention, 101 suspended and $70 court costs. Charged with felony battery on a peace officer, amended to a misdemeanor, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended. Charged with attempting to elude a police officer, admitted true and sentenced to 90 days detention, suspended.
