Marriages

Earl James Nye, 70, Moyie Springs, and Rita A. Bowen, 72, Van Wert, Ohio, married in Bonners Ferry by Father Carlos Perez March 1.

Dwayne C. Washburn, born 1973, charged with burglary, a felony, March 26, 2010, by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to theft by possession of stolen property, also a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, five years indeterminate, suspened, $425.50 court costs, $150 restitution, and five years probation. Charged with grand theft, amended to theft by possession of stolen property, pled guilty and sentenced to $150 restitution and five years probation. Charged with grand theft, amended to theft by possession of stolen property, pled guilty and sentenced to three to five years in prison, suspended, $150 restitution and five years probation.

 

Michael E. Phillips, born 1986, charged with failure to stop at a damage accident October 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to failure to notify upon striking an unattended vehicle, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $352.50 fine, $147.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Scotty D. Saunders, born 1982, charged with trespassing on cultivated lands in violation of warning signs October 9 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $145 fine, $155 court costs and one year probation.

 

Ryan E. Lashbrook, born 1985, charged with driving without privileges December 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

Jeffrey D. Wilder, born 1976, charged with DUI, second offense, December 10 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 84 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $457.50 fine, $242.50 court costs and two years probation.

 

John H. Collyer, born 1957, charged with excessive DUI December 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended, $557.50 fine, $242.50 court costs, 365 day drivers license suspension and two years probation.

 

Darrell Lee Curtiss Jr., charged with grand theft January 4 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, amended to petit theft, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, $152.50 fine, $197.50 court costs and two years probation. Charged with felony malicious injury to property, amended to a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, $300 fine and two years probation.

 

Sonny Lee Murphy, born 1964, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance January 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 20 days suspended, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs, $100 restitution and two years probation.

 

Johnny R. Fulton, born 1992, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance January 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 32 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.50 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Paul A. Harris, born 1953, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 3 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 16 hours sheriff’s inmate labor program in lieu of jail, $112.80 fine, $187.50 court costs and one year probation.

 

Dylan P. Cox, born 1991, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance February 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty, judgment withheld.

 

Sven G. Jaeger, born 1994, charged with minor in possession of alcohol February 6 by the Boundary County Sheriffs Office, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $32.50 fine and $167.50 court costs.

 

William R. Mead, born 1953, charged with exceeding allowable gross load February 9 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $765 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Cedric L. Pearson, born 1950, charged with exceeding allowable gross load February 15 at the port of entry, pled guilty and fined $27 and $137.50 court costs.

 

Vladimir Certik, born 1961, charged with unsafe operation of a motor carrier February 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $140.50 court costs.
